STR is seeking a highly motivated individual with aerospace and defense experience to join our growing Finance team. As the Division Finance Lead, you will be a key business partner to the Division Lead and a strategic part of the Finance Organization. You will provide financial leadership, analysis, and reporting while guiding program and division management on all aspects of financial controls, budgeting, and forecasting.
