Associate General Counsel

Alarm.com seeks an Associate General Counsel to join its team. Reporting to the VP of Legal, this position will work with departments across Alarm.com and its portfolio companies to provide advice on a wide range of legal matters, including commercial contracts and transactions, privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, regulatory issues, and general corporate matters. The legal team supports all aspects of the company’s business operations, including commercial relationsh
