Customer Success Manager, Creative Projects

We are looking for a hybrid Creative Project Manager & Customer Success Manager to join Smartly’s Customer Success Team. This role blends end-to-end creative production leadership with strategic customer ownership, sitting at the intersection of execution, client partnership, and growth.

You will lead the full lifecycle of multi-channel digital advertising campaigns — from scoping and production through delivery, optimization, and ongoing account development.
