Employee Relations Partner

This role will report into the Sr. Director, Global People Partners and have a dotted line into our Internal Employment Counsel.   This is a US focused role but will have opportunities to be involved or drive aspects of our International ER cases as well.   Role will be hybrid, based out of our Palo Alto HQ office with at least 3 days in the office.  There is a possibility for this role to be based in Austin depending on the candidates experience and expertise
