Launchpad is IMC’s three-day discovery program for students graduating in 2028 and beyond who are curious about a career in software engineering at a leading trading firm.
Held in person at our Sydney office in October 2026, Launchpad gives you the chance to work alongside IMC software and hardware engineers as you write code, solve technical problems and explore how engineering powers trading in real time
