As Engineering Manager, you lead, coach, and develop best-in class cross-functional teams of software engineers, together with the value stream leadership team, product managers, domain architects, and other key stakeholders. You are the essential link between product and engineering, translating between the two worlds, and ensuring your teams deliver what they promise. You make sure that the teams are set up for high per
