About the Role
The Corporate Development Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing and completing financial models, and supporting the existing Corporate Development team in executing M&A deals and transitions from closed deals to business operation integration.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Development, this position will participate in supporting all transaction phases, including sourcing and pipeline
