Growth Marketing Senior Manager

As a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing Operations on the Growth Marketing team, you will act as a force multiplier in accelerating MongoDB’s PLG-led self-serve business. This role supports organizational clarity, drives high-impact cross-functional initiatives, strengthens operational rigor, and amplifies the narrative and effectiveness of the Growth Marketing function. You’ll adapt to play different roles in different projects. You’ll lead various one-off special projects, translate hig
